Our Recent Projects
Custom Home in Oro Medonte
This secluded custom home in Oro-Medonte was built from Nudura R22 ICF continuous from the footings to the underside of the trusses. It utilizes the Amdeck Eco 8" ICF flooring system from Alleguard. This allows the floors to be strong, silent, heated and have vast clear spans with minimal posts or bearing walls. Once at room temperature, this thermal mass will go a long way to maintaining consistent, comfortable temperatures within the home. The efficiency does not end there. Under the basement slab, Nudura hydrofoam holds the basement radiant lines in place, and keeps the cold out of the concrete floor. Nudura Homega 3-7/8" panels line the underside of the trusses to make continuous foam on the entire shell of the house. Reliaform performed everything from the land-clearing to excavatation, ICF, Concrete work, structural steel and more.

Beach House
This stunning Beach-front cottage overlooking Georgian bay uses ICF construction to provide a peaceful, energy-efficient retreat with stunning views and year-round comfort. It is packed with features like a concrete elevator shaft from the basement to the rooftop patio. The floors are ICF as well, utilizing the Quad-deck system for huge open to below areas, and long unsupported spans. The structural engineer on the project was extremely talented and creative, and was able to acheive several cantilevered sections for balconies and bump-outs. The client, an avid car collector, needed more room for his cars. Utilizing Quad-deck in the garage as well, allows the garage to have a basement with a hoist in it for even more car storage. Reliaform performed the demolition of the existing house, excavation, all ICF and concrete flatwork, all suspended flatwork, and all structural steel.
